Ginseng Smash

(Signature drink of Ginseng Vodka)

Ingredients

  • 6 cl Ginseng Vodka
  • Dash of ZNAPS Ruby Riddle
  • Pomgranate
  • Lime
  • Soda

Mixing it

Stir. Fill up with Soda. Press with fresh lime on top.

3 cl Ginseng Vodka
3 cl Bols Natural yoghurt liqueur
2 cl simple syrup
1/2 lime
Fresh mint
Cucumber
Egg white

Method: Muddle 5 cm cucumber (without peel) and 8 leaves of mint together with lime and simple syrup. Add liqueur and egg white in a shaker. Shake and strain into a cocktail glass. Garnish with a slice of cucumber.

25 ml lemon juice
20 ml sugar syrup
Egg white

Glass: Cocktail glass

Garnish: None

Method: Dry shake all ingredients without ice, once mixed add full measure of ice and shake till cold, double strain into chilled cocktail glass.

50 ml Somerset Medley
20 ml lime juice
25 ml mango puree
50 ml sweetened condensed milk

Glass: 12oz Collins glass

Garnish: Lime zest

Method: Shake ingredients over ice; serve in tall ice filled glass. Sprinkle lime zest over top.

50 ml Forrest tale
1 whole lime muddled
20 ml vanilla syrup
10 ml Ruby Riddle float

Glass: 12oz Collins glass

Garnish: Lime zest and berries nest

Method: Churn all ingredients over crushed ice, float the Ruby liqueur last and garnish.

50 ml Pure Lake Vodka
100 ml V8 carrot and tropical fruit juice
50 ml beetroot juice

Glass: 12oz Collins glass

Garnish: Lemon wedge and two straws

Method: Build all the ingredients over cubed ice and serve

50 ml Pure lake Vodka
3 lime wedges squeezed and dropped in
5 mint leaves
Top with Appletiser

Glass: 12oz Collins glass

Garnish: large mint sprig

Method: Add mint and squeezed lime wedges first then top with ice, followed by the Vodka and then top with Appletiser.

125 ml Carstons Apple and Rhubarb juice
1 Lemon Wedge

Glass: 12oz Collins Glass

Garnish: Lemon twist

Method: Fill a large glass with crushed ice, build all ingredients over the ice, once built add a crown of crushed ice and garnish with a lemon twist
